America Reads
I served as a tutor in the Springfield Public School district during the spring semester of my freshman year at Western New England University. In addition to tutoring in the Springfield Public Schools and I also took part in reflection sessions with other tutors and experienced personnel. These reflection sessions provided me with support in dealing with any challenges that arose during my time within the classroom and also provided a setting for discussions around social justice issues relating to education. |
