As a graduate student in the M.S.W program at Westfield State University I completed a clinical focused placement at River Valley Counseling Center. Throughout the year I completed over 600 hours of clinical experience. Following the completion of the internship I was hired as a school-based clinician. As a senior in the B.S.W program at Western New England University I completed my placement at the Children's Study Home Family program where I served as a Family Support Worker and worked with families to reach family stabilization. I completed over 500 hours at The Children's Study Home. Throughout my junior and senior year I interned and volunteered at Rick's Place as a group facilitator. Rick's Place is an agency that provides bereavement support to grieving children and their families. While an intern and volunteer at Rick's Place I completed over 200 hours of service. During my spring semester of my junior year at Western New England University I completed my macro focused internship at Out Now. Out Now is an agency that provides a safe space for queer youth & allies to learn about themselves, create performance art, develop leadership skills, explore the history of the LGBTQ movement. I completed over 115 hours at Out Now. Gray House (Springfield, MA)
During my first semester as a freshman at Western New England University I completed my first placement at the Gray House as a mentor in their after school program. The Gray House serves as a neighborhood service to help families in need in the North End of Springfield. I completed approximately 35 hours at The Gray House.
